merge request note too large when very meny expectations update

Just as an example virgl/virglrenderer!997 (comment 1668868) has a huge list of changes in the expectations for the venus-lavapipe job.

We may improve that by linking it to the file instead of listing them. There could be a threshold between what is useful to list in the note and when is better to say in an indirect form.
