machine_registration: add a test to make sure that all chipsets supported by amdgpu have a tag

New chipsets are added periodically to amdgpu, so we need to make sure we are not lagging behind in the tagging!

Whenever a new PCIID is added, we should add support for it in gfxinfo then rebuild the machine registration container.
