lib: simple: forward xdp location start errors

Sara Marcondes requested to merge sarayourfriend/geoclue:geoclue-simple-forward-upstream-error into master

Instead of squashing the error as a generic gio failed, forward the xdp error itself, so that the callsite can determine the cause of the failure.
