Mozilla Location Service  : "You have exceeded your daily limit."

Starting at the end of April 2019/beginning of May 2019, geoclue has stopped working on my Linux Mint 19.1 box.

Digging into the config file (/etc/geoclue/geoclue.conf), I noticed that the requested URL (url=https://location.services.mozilla.com/v1/geolocate?key=geoclue) gives an error 403 :

error
code	403
message	"You have exceeded your daily limit."
errors
0
domain	"usageLimits"
message	"You have exceeded your daily limit."
reason	"dailyLimitExceeded"

As an end-user (I'm using geoclue for Redshift), am I supposed to get my own Mozilla Location Service key ?
