Include ETA in queue

Someone pointed out that the order of the queue wasn't that clear when only a few songs have been added. Another suggestion was to add the ETA of each song in the queue, which would solve that problem.

@rberiot : do you want the server to calculate the ETA or do you prefer doing it client side?
