Usine the box filter in ImageMagick for resizing because the
original outline was hinted.

Although the front page is not supposed to be a comprehensive list,
web browsers are highly relevant and developments
in browser development (notably Chromium/Skia) have led to improvements in
FreeType. For that reason I think they deserve an honorable mention.

Fixes freetype#838.

The "text processing" part of the glyph documentation
has a grammar error. This commit fixes it.

This completes the work started in commit c1567c51.

This adds more detailed meta tags to some of the documentation (the manually written ones).
This should help with SEO, page optimization, and more.
It should also help machines more easily get a gist about what the content is about
(messaging apps use the meta description for link previews).

Some of the webpages had very generic titles,
which did not accurately describe the contents of the page
and also is bad for SEO.
This commit fixes that by making sure the titles of the webpage
more accurately describe the webpage in question.

Technically, if you want to allow all bots to crawl the entire site, you
just include the 'Disallow' header but leave it blank.

Note that this is different from `Disallow: /`, which excludes the whole
site from bots.

This has been done already.

This commit updates the CI config to autogenerate the FreeType
API reference website during build time.

The `FT_VERSION` variable determines the version of FreeType for
which the documentation is to be built.

During build, the CI does a shallow clone of the FreeType repo using
`FT_VERSION` as a tag

This could be extended in the future to automate FreeType releases

This commit removes the FreeType API reference website source from
the repo.

The next commit will add CI functionality to autogenerate the API
reference website during build time

Entries are based on suggestions provided by Toshiya Suzuki and Lawrence
D'Oliveiro.

This commit updates the layout from FreeType 1 to FreeType 2 design, removes
outdated information and (slightly) updates the questions.

This also makes the (old) autohinter documentation available again.
