Moving my blog from livejournal to dreamwidth

I'm moving my blog from livejournal to dreamwidth.

Can you please replace the https://hansdegoede.livejournal.com/ entry on planet.freedesktop.org with https://hansdegoede.dreamwidth.org/ ?

ATM I'm posting all new blog entries to both, but eventually I would like to stop using livejournal.
