Are we using this config?

The config says 11.2.1, while we're on 11.3.x already.

Perhaps we should have a check that doesn't allow deployment, if the repo isn't up-to date? I won't mind writing something up, if I knew how things are handled:

• who/how does building, testing, deployment happens
• via local ad-hoc scripts, follow a readme, otherwise

We want those that info in the open, if nothing else due to the bus factor.
