Fork you | need to be able to fork libbsd

Hi,

I can't create new projects or fork an existing one. I am not a spammer and I want to contribute, so please add me to the list of internal users!

Why am I applying?:

Adding support for Windows to libbsd. By Windows I mean MinGW and MSVC. Cygwin already has it.
