Make the list of already damspam-ed projects public

Few possibilities:

• make use of https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/freedesktop/fdo-bots/-/commits/main?search=Update+for+damspam+webhook but this list can not be srted
• add new labels when the request is being processed ("damspam::OK", "damspam::Denied", "damspam::error") (too bad we can not use the scoped label from gitlab)

With the scoped labels, we could then redirect people at the list of issues with the proper label instead of showing the commit logs.
