Fix FC_DEFAULT_FONTS on macOS and with BSD sed

Fix processing of FC_DEFAULT_FONTS when it contains multiple comma-separated values (i.e. on macOS/Darwin) and fix inserting it into fonts.conf when using BSD sed.
