Check if NM can quickly add and remove veths w/o crash.

Github sync is sometimes not fast enough and cico job then receives 404 
from github. Fix this by using gitlab remote, which is initiator of 
pipeline.

Check that feature defined in mapper is in sync with feature file name. 
Also make test passing with assumption feature files are fine and mapper 
feature need fix in case of inconsistency.

Detect only file, where there is a space or newline after the test name. 
This prevents tests with the same prefixes (e.g. *doc_procedures tests) 
to be matched.

test checks for `nmcli` and `nmtui` in autocompletion, but that dirs are 
no longer parts of the repo.

Remove vethsetup regenerate from restart tag too.

Add runfeature.sh, that is able to run feature from mapper. Also, turn 
nmci directory into module, so it can be run via `python -m nmci 
{command}`, and then used in bash script.
