Patching the game xpipeman (version 1.5) for compiling and running on ubuntu 20.x/22.x

Ps: I found that actually it has been already patched during the years. So, alternatively, for another set of patches (xpipeman-1.5nb6) you can grab them at:

Those patches although coming from netbsd are ok for linux too
