added feature: GEM platform: DG2 platform: PVC labels

There is a mismatch between the GPU filter and the hardware available. The filter requests a discrete GPU while only the integrated GPU is present. 

The GPU filter, normally defined trough the environment variable IGT_DEVICE is set

to:pci:vendor=intel,device=discrete,card=0

The PCI address 0000:00:02.0 is for the integrated GPU:

Closing as we should probably have one bug per platform. We may also have a hardware issue in one of the PVC DUTs. We are checking this hardware issue possibility.
