Pointer display corruption [kernel 5.12]
- Os: Arch Linux
- Kernel: 5.12.8
- GPU: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GF119M [GeForce 410M] (rev a1)
- mesa: 21.1.0
- wayland: 1.19.0
- wlroots: 0.13.0
- sway: 1.6
Since my update to the 5.12 kernel my Pointer is some kind of distorted (picture):
Here the output of journalctl -b -0 --grep nouveau
.
memory_fault.log
Notes:
- This only appears with the 5.12 kernel. The previous 5.11 kernel does not have this.
- I made a log for the whole time since the update to 5.12 kernel with
journalctl --since "2021-05-07" --grep nouveau
. I could provide that, however the only difference I can see is that this one has a size of ~115 MB. So this writes a lot of log output, doesn't it. - Since that update I also have problems when suspending. After a suspend the complete screen is a mix of grey color with some colored pixels.
I hope this is the right place to report this one.
If you need some additional information, let me know.
