nouveau related crash of empathy since latest updates (5.15.46-desktop586)

I have a gdb backtrace of Empathy here. I am now using Mageia 8. I don´t know since when Empathy has ceased to work but I am sure it has worked before my update from Mageia 7 to 8, likely also later on. The kernel I have tested with was 5.15.46-desktop586-1.mga8, but it also crashes with kernel 5.5.15. The program crashes right on startup.

using libdrm-nouveau2-2.4.110-1.mga8 and x11-driver-video-nouveau-1.0.17-1.mga8empathy-gdb.txt If you have any idea about it I can use gdb to further analyse the crash.
