NV17: PowerBook6,1 internal display does not work

On PowerBook6,1, nouveau cannot drive the internal LVDS display (but nvidiafb can), which seems to be because of HWSQ handling.

nvda_vbios.bin is the VBIOS dump.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
