Support for dual-dsi video panel with DSC

I'm working on working on display bringup for a dual dsi DSC video mode panel (with @MollySophia) , but as it is mentioned here( #34 (comment 2083236)), DPU doesn't support DSC on dual-DSI at all currently. I've tried to work on the dual-dsi dsc things but got no luck so far. So I open this issue and hope we can discuss about it here.
