GPU hang on Car Chase compute workload on TGL (bisected - kind of).
Starting on CI_DRM_7749, we have an additional GPU hang on Car Chase no the compute workload (error-state).
From hacking a bit on it based on the difference between 7748 and 7749, it seems like this patch causes it to start passing again, even on top of 7982 (latest available from 30 minutes ago): carchase.patch
The patch actually seems to be making the NOPREEMPT and SENTINEL flags to be wrongly tracked, so I'm not sure there's really a bug in i915, but I need someone who knows what's going on to investigate.
Notice that this compute workload runs on a separate context from the main render context (running with Iris).
