ACPI: i915 kernel regression

System is Archlinux. After upgrading kernel from 6.5.x to 6.6.x reggression appears. On a last version of vanila kernel 6.7-rc2 regression still exist. It's i915 specific bug, on others instances with other videocards (including virtual cards) there is no regression, tested already.

After reverting commit 0d16710 regression had gone. Tested on latest kernel version - 6.7rc2

I hope info above will be enough.

Also, linked with this regression: I can't reboot or poweroff my laptop - just continue to work with blank screen. And after loading into DE, swithing to other tty(1,3,4,5,6) not working at all, also sound card detection occurs after a certain random period of time (not exists a while)
