GPU Hang: i915 intel - Kernel: 5.11.2-1-default x86_64 (openSUSE)
I'm experiencing significant (and consistent) glitching. I'm using openSUSE Tumbleweed and the problem started occurring some time in February. I'm not sure if a new kernel or the update to KDE Plasma 5.21 caused the problem (Plasma 5.21 included a significant rewrite of the KWin window manager). The flickering is similar to the video in #3118 (closed) but at times more severe (though it appears to be impacted by compositor settings).
dmesg output:

[ 1857.002361] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack, including userspace.
[ 1857.002362] Please file a _new_ bug report at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/issues/new.
[ 1857.002363] Please see https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/wikis/How-to-file-i915-bugs for details.
[ 1857.002364] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if it's not a kernel issue.
[ 1857.002364] The GPU crash dump is required to analyze GPU hangs, so please always attach it.

How modifications affect the symptoms:
- Changing the kernel to 5.0.13 I still have on my system seems to resolve the problem.
- Changing the rendering backend (Plasma settings -> Display and Monitor -> Compositor) seems to fix the problems momentarily (even just changing and then changing back), but within 30 minutes the problem typically returns.
- The following settings are the most usable for me:
