some 4K monitors not display on one KBL platform

In Ubuntu 20.04, we encountered display failure on some 4K monitors with one specific KBL platform. Some observations include: 1, with same device, it can display successfully in Windows OS. 2, display was workable before i915 driver was loaded, also can work if remove i915 driver 3, tried latest drm-tip, the problem still exist

While the problem existed on one specific KBL device named classhub, which use PS175 as DP to HDMI converter. We confirmed the problem didn't exist on NUC 7i5DNHE i5-7200, which use MegaChip MCDP2800BC as DP to HDMI converter.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
