Screen flickering on new DELL XPS-13-7390
A clear subject describing the issue.
I installed opensuse tumbleweed on a brand new DELL XPS-13-7390. Already during the installation the a screen flickering started.

The screen flickers permanently.

Which platforms and features are affected?
DELL XPS-13-7390 with opensuse Tumbleweed I also have Windows 10 on the same laptop and it is working without screen flickering.

Attached you can find a video of the screen while compiling the drm-tip kernel. If needed I will send more information
I installed the drm-tip kernel 5.6.0-rc6-1-default+ but the flickering is till the same.

BTW: I connected an external screen to the laptop via HDMI and there is no flickering.
