Abort when a test failed to kill its children
IGT tests properly clean after themselves when they fork processes. However, when it's time to exit, the child processes could be stuck in uninterruptible sleep and cannot be killed. The IGT test realizes it cannot kill the children and gives out a FAIL
result, but we should catch that case in runner and abort the test execution entirely.
