[XE][DG2][REGRESSION][BISECTED] Crash on BAT basic flip tests

IGT commit 70d59545 ("lib/xe: on xe driver use blitter with all tiling") regress many IGT tests on DG2. Maybe it is the small bar configuration? One way or another, we cannot regress
