video corruption with kernel 5.19.8 and newer

Video is corrupted with kernel 5.19.8 and later. Flickers back and forth between correct and horizontal shift of about 25% of the screen. Doesn't appear every boot, but often. Issue has been bisected to commit: c6c5bdf735443df04ad2e416742e45002b064f81
