GPU hang and unable to reset on itself after v5.4

After upgrading to v5.4 kernel, i915 randomly hangs and unable to reset itself. It never happened before.

OS: Arch Linux, kernel 5.4.1-arch1-1 (also happens with 5.4.0)

Mesa: 20.0.0-devel (git-73783ed389)

Compositor: kwin and mutter

System: Dell XPS 13 9360
