Strange triangle glitches on hsw gt2

After upgrade linux (5.10.8.arch1-1 -> 5.10.9.arch1-1), my desktop has irregular bizzare tiangle glitches (on mousemove)

I had asked on bbs https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1953291#p1953291 - no answer.

Changing DDX intel to modesetting, changing version of OpenGL, changing DRI modes or some intel-specific tricks - not solved.

On modesetting driver add broke palemoon (gtk2) windows

Deleting mesa and start QTQuick rendering to fallbsck - not solved

Temporally help - restart X (latest, 1.20)

In logs - nothing criminal
