Intel graphics should not show tearing in default settings

On the different distributions and machines with Intel GPU I have tested, tearing appeared on each of them in default settings. As tearing seems to be very common without TearFree=true, the TearFree setting should be the default.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
