No sound via HDMI: one card registered for PCH and HDMI

Hello,

I can't get sound via HDMI/DP on Z390 motherboard. The issue looks very similar to #705 (closed). Using the drm-tip kernel as of 28 November doesn't change anything (output of aplay -l|-L is the same and no sound via HDMI). Output of aplay -l:
