Blackscreen on panel supports multi SST mode

JDI panel supports two Panel Segments 1128x1504 for one MSO SST Link. It's EDID indicates that two streams of MSO. When reading dpcd MSO_LINK_CAPABILITIES got 2 Panel Segments.

This feature is supported by Intel ICL and onwards.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
