Severe freezing on intel Arc A380 as of kernel 6.9.3
As of kernel 6.9.3, there is a continuous string of freezes in almost every graphically intensive program, with a influx of "kwin_wayland_drm: atomic commit failed: Cannot allocate memory" messages in the terminal with Wayland whenever the freezes occur; a similar issue occurs on Xorg, but with different errors involved.
When using a Live USB of Arch Linux assuming I had corrupted my install, there were a large number of "DC state mismatch" errors showing up in the terminal; that could also be a source for the error. I know that it is not an issue of my hardware, as reverting back to kernel 6.8.9 or earlier results in an immediate return to perfect performance. I have not tried 6.9.2 yet, but if necessary I will attempt to test with it.
I apologize for the general low amounts of information I can give, but my system freezes to the point of near crashing whenever I attempt to gather data due to the sheer intensity of the freezes.
