MST monitor, strange behaviour in terminal

Bad state
When system starts, screen looks like two separate tiles with right size, but second overlaps first. (Image attached)
But if turn off and turn on monitor, it becomes nice solid screen.(Image attached)
And if you change terminal, screen returns to the first state again.
