PM info
As per $SUBJECT, my RX480 displaying an idle KDE Plasma desktop is showing the temperature between 70 and 80°C. GPU-Z in Windows (also idle) usually shows below 40°C.
Attaching dmesg, Xorg log, and the PM info from debugfs.
