Description

I have enabled amdgpu kernel driver for southern islands GPUs with kernel parameters radeon.si_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1. When amdgpu is used, then the hdmi/displayport audio is a semitone lower. Audio works properly with radeon kernel driver. I uploaded a video in order to demonstrate the problem https://youtu.be/URhOlW5zCp0

Additional info:

  • linux kernel: 4.20
  • GPU: Radeon HD 7750
