• Distro name and Version: Arch Linux
• Kernel version: 6.13.1-arch1 + only the patch to mitigate #3808

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Suspend the laptop
2. Resume the laptop
3. Notice the amd_pmc AMDI000A:00: Last suspend didn't reach deepest state message in the kernel log
