[REGRESSION] amdgpu: thinkpad e495 backlight brightness resets after suspend

OP has a lenovo thinkpad e495, I have an HP EliteBook 745 G6. Both have a Picasso/Raven 2 [Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series] . OP was on 6.12.5, I was on 6.6.69.

We both bisected to upstream commit 73dae652dcac776296890da215ee7dec357a1032 .

EDIT: it seems to be fixed in 6.13-rc5 .
