HP Elitebook 845 G10 wakes up from suspend when closing lid

My Elitebook 845 G10 with Ryzen 7 7840U does not reach an appropriate sleep state. At the first glance, it seems to be asleep (screen is turned off, etc.), but it loses about 5-10% / hour and runs hot (50-60°C) when carried in a backpack. Over night it drops from 100% to 10-30%. The issue appears on a daily basis and can be triggered using AMD's s2idle testing tool as shown below.
