Cannot unload amdgpu cleanly

Brief summary of the problem:

A kernel error occurs when the amdgpu driver is unloaded or unbound.

Hardware description:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
• GPU: Navi 23 [Radeon RX 6600/6600 XT/6600M] [1002:73ff] (rev c7)

System information:

• Distro name and Version: Gentoo
• Kernel version: 6.4.10-gentoo (also on older 6.1.41-gentoo)

How to reproduce the issue:

modprobe -r amdgpu (Also happens with unbinding through /sys/bus/pci/drivers/amdgpu/unbind) crash..txt
