[REGRESSION] Laptop with Ryzen 4600H fails to resume video since 5.17.4 (works 5.17.3)

AMD Ryzen 4600H based HP Pavilion laptop with GeForce 1650 Ti not used (no driver loaded). Slackware 64 15.0 + updated firmware & kernel (5.18).

This laptop fails to go to suspend at first try (unknown reason). Then:

  • until Kernel 5.17.4: screen needs a reset to come back after first attempt (user press the power button, action by distribution unknown). Then suspend/resume works on second try.
  • from 5.17.4 onward: the laptop freeze after the first suspend. Sometime it's possible to get a console and get "Fence timeout" errors.

This is a regression since 5.17.4.
