Slow boot, unresponsive apps, last normally working kernel is 5.14.

System boots slow, was ~7s now it takes almost 2-3 minutes.
Asks for kde5wallet password - has never done this previously. Then takes several minutes to load the desktop (KDE) Apps are terribly slow to the point of being completely unresponsive.
Booting from the 5.14 kernel works fine.
