Linux 5.15 breaks overclock in Polaris

For some reason Corectrl does not allow me to overclock my GPU Clocks and VRAM anymore, even using the kernel parameter to allow overclocking. I can access the missing settings when using Linux 5.14 on Ubuntu, but not on Linux 5.15.

Affected GPU: RX 560-D/ (RX 460 but rebranded by Biostar)
