PSR can't be enabled
Brief summary of the problem:
I'm trying to enable PSR support, I passed amdgpu.dc=1 amdgpu.dcfeaturemask=0x8
(PSR enabling bit should be third one in dcfeaturemask) but I get [drm] PSR support:0
in dmesg.
