Interlaced resolutions render incorrectly

When outputting at interlaced resolutions, the image is horizontally compressed and letterboxed. If Display Core is disabled, it instead only shows the top half of the Xorg screen. Resolutions are displayed correctly on the older Radeon driver as well as on AMD's Windows driver.

I am using kernel 5.12.12. The GPU is an R9 290, outputting via HDMI (converted to VGA via external DAC).
