AMD Radeon R9 380 4GB (ASUS Strix R9) black screen on every distro
Brief summary of the problem:
After switching my NVIDIA GForce GTX650TI to ASUS Strix R9 380 4GB, I am unable to get in to any linux distribution, the problem is persistent across all distributions, which include Arch, Debian, Ubuntu, Pop OS, MX Linux, I just get a black screen, and the led on it flashes like it is in standby, only way I can get in to the Linux tty is with nomodeset, but in nomodeset I can't boot the graphical environment and I assume that I don't have a working KMS console, I have tried setting amdgpu as a kernel model, systemd.unit=multi-user.target, amdgpu.dc=0, amdgpu.dpm=0, as kernel paramaters, nothing helps and I'v been stuck like this for 4+ months and have been forced back to Windows ...

Attached files:
the following logs is from a boot with drm.debug=0x1e log_buf_len=2M as suggested in the bellow Arch Linux forum post
- Dmesg --b 1 dmesg.txt
- journalctl -b -1 journalctl.txt
I hope I hope I extracted the logs properly, I used the above commands, if something needs to be done differently plz point me in the right direction along with anything else you require me to do to provide logs and try and troubleshoot this problem, just please bare with me as I'm not a expert, but I know my way around the tty significantly enough that if you point me in the right direction I will manage to get you what you need, I'v already had most of the logs here and asked for help, but it was unsuccessful Can't get AMD Radeon R9 380 to work and asked for help, but anything that was suggested didn't solve the problem, I'm still locked out of linux, and my screen is like it goes to standby.
