Screen doesn't turn on after it was turned off for powersaving

Brief summary of the problem:

Screen becomes black for powersaving, moving mouse or pressing keys, doesn't help.

Hardware description:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-4440
• GPU: RX 5700 XT
• Display(s): AOC i2267Fwh
• Type of Diplay Connection: HDMI

System infomration:

• Distro name and Version: Kubuntu 20.04 LTS
• Kernel version: 5.4.0-31-generic
• AMD package version: rocm 3.3.0-19, kernel module version: 5.4.8

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Set "Power management -> Energy saving -> Switch off after" to 1 minute.
2. Wait for 2 minutes
3. Move mouse cursor or press keys, screen won't turn on.
