RX 5500 XT suddenly crashes with page fault

I have Radeon RX 5500 XT on Fedora 31. The video card often stops working, multi-colored noise is displayed on the screen. Mouse pointer is displayed perfectly. I cannot figure out specific action, that leads to the crash.

System:

• GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX-5500 XT 8Gb
• MB: ASUS/F2A85-M LE
• CPU: AMD A10-6800K APU (APU video is unused)
• OS: Fedora-31 64-bit updated recently, Linux 5.6.6-200.fc31.x86_64
• MESA: mesa-lib#19 (closed).2.8-1.fc31.x86_64
• X.org: xorg-x11-drv-amdgpu-19.1.0-1.fc31.x86_64

Previus Fedora kernel-5.5.17-200.fc31.x86_64 is also affected with different appearance: display is freezes, sound and mouse pointer are working perfectly. I cannot switch to text console to grab dmesg logs, as it seems that keyboard hangs.
