drm_hwcomposer: ci: Allow "Revert" as a valid commit subject prefix

We've hit format checking failures due to the commit subject being prefixed with "Revert ". This seems needlessly restrictive, and having "drm_hwcomposer: Revert "drm_hwcomposer: blah blah"" feels redundant.
