drm_hwcomposer: Join VSync thread when tearing down HwcDisplay

Drew Davenport requested to merge ddavenport/drm-hwcomposer:join-vsync-worker into main

This is a cleaner and more robust approach to cleaning down the vsync thread. I'm not a fan of the explicit unlock/relock, but this is probably preferable to the sleep in my other approach.
