Proxy API should provide signal handling

I guess this will be a bit strange with our existing sync API but it's a must for a D-Bus Proxy API.

• Best solve #69 (closed) first and use that API for adding match rule for the signal.
• Don't forget to update the fdo modules with relevant signals for all proxies.
